How to use it
Mix one sachet with yogurt and cream, coat boneless chicken or lamb chunks, and marinate for a few hours — longer gives a more tender result — before threading onto skewers and grilling until charred on the outside but still soft and pale inside. It comes as two 30g sachets, enough for two smaller batches or one larger one combined.
