Laziza Chicken Tikka 100g

Laziza's Chicken Tikka Masala is meant for chicken cut into larger pieces or quarters, rather than the small boneless cubes used for tikka boti. It blends red chilli, coriander, turmeric, roasted cumin, garlic and ginger, getting its colour from a natural paprika extract and citric acid rather than the artificial colourings (E110, E129) used in Laziza's Tikka Boti, a genuine formulation difference, not just a different name on the same recipe.

How to use it
Mix the masala with ginger paste, lemon juice and a little oil or ghee, coat your chicken pieces thoroughly, and marinate for a few hours. Grill, roast or barbecue until cooked through and charred at the edges.
