Laziza Seekh Kebab 100g
Seekh kebab is minced meat moulded onto skewers and grilled, and Laziza's own recipe builds its flavour around red chilli, coriander, roasted cumin, dried mango powder, garlic, ginger and fenugreek leaves, finished with warming clove, cinnamon and cardamom. The dried mango gives it a slightly tangy edge alongside the usual warmth, and the 100g box comes with two sachets inside.
How to use it
Mix one sachet into minced beef, mutton or chicken along with finely diced onion and chopped green chillies, leave to marinate for 2-3 hours, then mix in a little ghee or butter. Mould the mixture onto skewers in the traditional cylindrical shape and grill or barbecue until charred at the edges. Save the second sachet for your next batch.
