Laziza Sindhi Biryani 130g

Sindhi biryani is known for its bold, spicy and tangy character, traditionally built with potatoes, tomatoes and dried plums alongside whole garam masala. Laziza's Sindhi Biryani Masala includes red chilli, coriander, turmeric, roasted cumin, garlic, ginger, clove, cardamom, cinnamon and dried plums with their hard shells, plus a pine essence flavouring for extra aroma. The box contains two sachets.

How to use it

Fry sliced onions until golden, add meat and potatoes and stir-fry, then add the masala along with yogurt and ginger paste and cook until the meat is tender. Layer with tomatoes, green chillies, coriander and mint, then with par-boiled rice, and steam until done.

Important note: The dried plums in this masala still have their hard shells (pits) inside, remove these once the curry has cooked, before serving.
