It blends red chilli, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, roasted cumin, garlic and ginger into a zingy, well-rounded marinade base.

How to use it

Coat your chicken, meat, paneer or vegetables generously with the masala, yogurt and a little oil or lemon juice, and rest for a few hours or overnight in the fridge for the best flavour. Grill, barbecue, or bake until cooked through, letting the ginger and garlic come through alongside the spice.
